As someone who specializes in Multicultural Marketing, I have also taken a special interest in the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives of different brands, agencies and organizations. I work with many different corporate brands of various industries and sizes, helping them to better understand how to effectively reach and build relationships with African American and Hispanic consumers.
